Third-Party Purchases
We are unable to process refunds or replacements for products purchased through retail locations or third-party websites.
If you purchased a WestWest product outside of our official website, please contact the original place of purchase directly.
Order Issues (Direct Purchases Only)
If you placed an order directly through our website and experience an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be considered for a resolution.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be reviewed.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us on the day of delivery at info@westwest.com or via our Contact page.
Your email must include:
- Your order number in the subject line (e.g., “DAMAGED ORDER #1234”)
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of:
- The product(s)
- The outer packaging
- The packing slip
Once received, our team will review your request. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Incomplete submissions may result in a denied claim.
Returns & Replacements
Do not send any items back without prior approval.
If a return is approved:
- Return shipping instructions will be provided
- In some cases, a prepaid label may be issued or shipping costs reimbursed (typically USPS First Class)
We are unable to issue replacements or resolutions without receiving and inspecting the original product.
